| Bolland University
Also known as 'Gotham University', Bolland isn't quite Ivy League material, but it is one of the most prestigious colleges in the nation.

This is a distract of Gotham named after Crest Hill, the home of City Hall, the Hall of Records, and the Clock Tower. It's nestled near the financial district, Bristol.

| Gotham Metropolitan Library
Spanning across an entire city block, the Gotham Metropolitan Library is positively massive. It houses a number of books beyond count over several stories, and contains rare volumes of limited prints and historic nature.

| Mayoral Mansion
Isolated on several acres of land, and surrounded by trees and landscaping, the Mayoral Mansion is one of the most beautiful homes in the city. It's resident changes each time someone is elected, but the mansion is always well maintained and fully staffed with gardeners, maids, and cooks.

| Museum of Art
Publicly owned and funded, the Museum of Art, much like other things in Gotham, is one of the largest and most renown museums in the nation. It's collection is expansive and impressive, drawing tourists in from abroad, keeping it in business.

| St. Augustine Cemetery
The oldest and largest cemetery in Gotham, St. Augustine is the resting place of hundreds of thousands. Amid the various gravestones is one monument in particular, one to Martha and Thomas Wayne.

| Wayne Manor (1 sub-board)
Wayne Manor is encompassed by approximately one hundred acres of forest, making it the most isolated private home in the city. The manor itself is massive and is as beautiful a home as one could expect from the Prince of Gotham. Beneath the manor, and spanning across a good portion of the grounds, is a cave system that houses the Batcave.

| Gotham Bay |
| Arkham Asylum
Arkham Asylum is an island institute that houses the criminally insane and the emotionally disturbed. The island has docks, a welcome facility, a medical facility, a penitentiary, a botanical garden, the warden's mansion, and a place for intensive treatment.

| Blackgate Prison
An island prison, Blackgate is the state's number one maximum security penitentiary and houses some of the most dangerous criminal in the nation. Criminals housed here are not considered psychotic enough to be sent to Arkham.

| Central Park (1 sub-board)
Spanning around a thousand acres, Central Park is one of the few places in Gotham where nature is a dominant force. Located within is the Gotham City Zoo.

The largest and most renown bank in all of Gotham, this bank has many famous clients, such as Bruce Wayne.

The Gotham City Police Department.

| Gotham Gazette
Renown for its accuracy and lack of media bias, the Gotham gazette is one of the most widely distributed papers in the nation. Because of it scale, it has thousands of employees spanning field research, photography, and actual journalism.

| Gotham General Hospital
The oldest and largest hospital in Gotham City, Gotham General Hospital sees more patients that three of its competitors rolled into one. One of the hospital's largest contributors is Bruce Wayne.

| Monarch Theatre
Monarch Theatre is an actor's paradise. It's one of the largest and most renown theatres in the country, and sees musicals, dramas, tragedies and all manners of plays in between. For a stage actor to perform in Monarch is to taste success.

| Opera House
Given that Gotham is home the most millionaires in the country, it also houses the largest number of the social elite. The expense of tickets to the Opera House is truly astounding, making it obvious why it's been one of the exclusive pleasures of the wealthy.

| The Narrows |
| Crime Alley (1 sub-board)
Partially in Old Gotham, partially in the Narrows, this region used to be one of the gems of Gotham, but as the rest of the area fell into decline, this region became the most tainted. Now it's in a state of virtual disrepair and condemnation, and houses a plethora of criminals and the unfortunate.

| Dark's Carnival
Nestled on the edge of Old Gotham is Dark's Carnival, an old amusement park that has long since seen better days. Even though this carnival hasn't been open to the public in a generation, it hasn't been condemned or bulldozed. Every now and then, the lights of the carnival will come on, and the rides will be operated.

| East End
The seediest region of the Narrows, the east end houses prostitution, human trafficking, illegal arms dealing, drug trade, and last, but not least, illegal gambling.

| Iceburg Lounge
Owned by the Penguin, the Iceburg Lounge matches its namesake quite well. The thermostat is kept below sixty, and the decor is made from steel, ice, and glass. In spite of this, it's a relatively hopping place, especially for criminals.
