The poorest residential district in Gotham, this region used to house the elite. Most of the McMansions and large homes have been chopped into apartment complexes that are falling apart. About half of the buildings are condemned, and the half that aren't are firetraps and are in desperate need of work.

Crime Alley
Partially in Old Gotham, partially in the Narrows, this region used to be one of the gems of Gotham, but as the rest of the area fell into decline, this region became the most tainted. Now it's in a state of virtual disrepair and condemnation, and houses a plethora of criminals and the unfortunate.
